Disclaimer: Each product is individually handcrafted using a hand-laid fiberglass process. As a result, minor variations in thickness, weight, color, surface texture, and finish may occur. These natural differences are inherent to handmade fiberglass construction and do not affect the structural integrity or performance of the product. While every effort is made to ensure consistency and quality, small imperfections such as air bubbles, resin flow lines, or surface waviness may be visible. These are considered normal characteristics of hand-laid fiberglass and are not grounds for  product returns. Proper installation, handling, and maintenance are the responsibility of the customer. By purchasing these products, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these characteriistics as inhererent to hand laid manufacturing. The manufacturer assumes no liability for damage caused by misuse or improper installation.​​​​


The Standard Catamaran sail box will fit on your trailer to carry all your sports equipment. It's designed for the smaller non spin boats.  This sail box includes a large single slide top opening. Our boxes are laid up with a high gloss gelcoat finish and built with layers of fiberglass by hand in open molds. They are built to last and withstand the elements, they will not disfigure or deform over time as opposed to some cheaper to make plastic alternatives. Our sail storage boxes are much stronger than the old Performance Cat boxes, they are built to last and look great on your trailer!

Standard Sail Box - is 118 inches long by 24 inches wide x 12 inches high. It comes with a lockable hasp on each end to secure your box from theft. NOTE: The EVA foam black mat is not included in the basic box price, but can be added for and additional $75. This sail box is appropriate for non spinnaker boats, but will still hold two sets of sails, dagger-boards, rudders, and extra parts for traveling to a race. This is simply the finest storage box that you could put on your trailer.

Our Sailboxes's ship via truck freight to anywhere in the continental United States. Freight costs vary depending on your location and typically range between $550 and $750.

Please ensure that an 18 wheeler can assess your delivery address. This is required for residential deliveries. If access is limited, it may be more affordable to ship to a commercial address, especially if you know someone who can accept a the shipment on your behalf.​
